Best Day Ever

I am watching the sun rise once again

lighting up the world

as it shouts~

"Get out of bed and get dressed!

Don’t loiter and linger, waiting until the very last minute.

Dress yourselves in CHRIST, and be up and about!" (Romans 13:14 MSG)

Now that is something to wake up to.

As we all have a purpose today,

as we all have a purpose every moment~

To Put on JESUS.

To Clothe ourselves with HIM.

For HIM to be our covering.

Can you imagine what your day would be like

if you wore JESUS today?

Could today be THE BEST DAY EVER?

"Therefore, as GOD'S chosen people, holy and dearly loved,

clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the LORD forgave you"*

Oh to wear JESUS like a glove

that fits so snugly and perfectly

one size fits all

because HIS LOVE fits all~

 "And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity"*

Thank YOU GOD for once again having the sun rise to remind me that

YOU are the ONE who wakes us up

to bestow upon us more of YOU through YOUR SON

who makes every day the best day ever,

the moment we clothe ourselves in YOU

so that we will purposely live IN YOU

as YOU will purposely beam through us~

 "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts,

since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.  

Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the SPIRIT, singing to GOD with gratitude in your hearts.  And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the LORD JESUS, giving thanks to GOD the FATHER through HIM" *(Colossians 3:12-17)
