Unfamiliarly Familiar

I woke up this morning wondering where I was~

as I am not at home,

yet in another place that feels like home.

UNFAMILIAR yet so FAMILIAR

as I am in the presence of women~

of whom 2 that I have already known

and of whom 2 I have met for the first time.

UNFAMILIAR yet so FAMILIAR~

as there is a common bond that connects us~

from far to near

to near from far

that makes us feel as if we are one of the same

because we have a common bond.

A bond that it is stronger than

just a "how do you do".

A bond that is stronger than

"I like you".

A bond that is the

FAMILIAR

in the

UNFAMILIAR~

because

HE is our FAMILIAR.

We

BELIEVE in JESUS

&

have become so

FAMILIAR

with

HIM

that

HE

is our

FAMILIAR

in the midst of the

UNFAMlLIAR

&

that will never change

because

there is only one

JESUS

who is our forever connector

from the moment

we became so

FAMILIAR with JESUS

when

HE

connected each one of us

back to the

ONE

who created each one of us

in different places

yet by

the same way

the moment we

took the same path

that connects us all together~

feeling as if we have known each other

our whole lifetime

because we

know the

ONE

who

has given us a new life

that lasts beyond a lifetime

just because~

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son,

that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16).

From UNFAMILIAR to FAMILIAR~

there is only one way~

"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the FATHER except through ME"

(John 14:6)
