I am in shock,
but isn't that how we feel when the unexpected happens.
My daughter in law's uncle. My friend’s baby brother.
Younger than I
Suddenly passes away
&
is now in the Presence of the LORD.
A man of GOD
who wore his faith for everyone to see
through his great smile
through his actions
through his love for his wife and children
and all who would be in his presence.
And now
suddenly
he is gone.
We know he is with the LORD,
but oh the shock of his departure is beyond words.
But GOD is the GOD of comfort.
But GOD is GOD with plans that our beyond our comprehension.
We may not like HIS ways,
but if HE so loves us beyond our comprehension
we know that HE will never let us down
as HE comes alongside us
to fill our hearts
especially those broken places
with more of HIM
especially through times of
shock & grief~ "Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting GOD, the CREATOR of the ends of the earth.
HE will not grow tired or weary, and HIS understanding no one can fathom.
HE gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:18-31).
So Bobby,
Even know we know you are where you knew you would be one day,
with your
LORD & SAVIOR,
it hurts to see you go so much sooner than we could ever imagine.
Will you pray for his precious wife, daughter, son and siblings through this time of grief.
