What lies before me
hasn't happened yet.
What lies behind me
has already happened.
What lies in front of me
is happening right now.
So do I & do you
look at what was
or
look at what will be
or
live in the moment
whatever the moment is?
Is it a moment of
Sadness~
"Be joyful always; pray continually
Give thanks in all circumstances"
Is it a moment of
Loneliness~

Is it a moment of
Grief~

Is it a moment of
Confusion~

Is it a moment of
Transition~

Does it matter what the moment is?
Oh to GOD it matters
or
HE
wouldn't tell us~
"...for this is GOD'S’ will for you in CHRIST JESUS"
To
BE JOYFUL
&
PRAY CONTINUALLY
&
GIVE THANKS
but not
FOR
the
sadness, loneliness, grief, confusion, transition or ________
But
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES~

I don't like what I am
IN
yet I press forward only because
GOD'S WILL is for me & for you
to
BE JOYFUL ALWAYS
&
PRAY CONTINUALLY
&
GIVE THANKS
IN
ALL CIRCUMSTANCES
then
I am & you are
able to
press forward
IN HIS PEACE~
IN the midst of
the "whatever" is happening right now
IN the moment~
because this is the only moment
that is gifted to us
by the ONE who tells us to~
"Be joyful always; pray continually
Give thanks IN all circumstances
for this is GOD'S will for you IN CHRIST JESUS" (I Thessalonians 5:16:18)
Therefore
Why not follow the One who knows us way better than we know ourselves.
