she was a little girl.

Today she is still remembered as all of those,
yet she is no longer here.
Yesterday we celebrated the life
of my friend's mother
who has left an imprint in so many hearts.
Another life lived.
Another life moved on
to a greater place,
yet no longer here.
Even though we know
GOOD-BYES
are part of life
they leave a gapping hole in our heart
that craves to be filled.
Whether the GOOD-BYE is said at a funeral.
Whether the GOOD-BYE is said to what was.
Whether the GOOD-BYE does not even have to be said~
yet there is a GOOD-BYE that you are living.
GOOD-BYE is hard to do.
Yet every
GOOD-BYE
awaits for a
HELLO
as it is promised~
"GOD'S loyal love couldn’t have run out, HIS merciful love couldn’t have dried up. They’re created new every morning. How great your faithfulness! I’m sticking with GOD (I say it over and over). HE'S all I’ve got left" (Lamentations 3:22-24 The Message)

may have been yesterday

today will become tomorrow's
ONCE UPON A TIME
but
because
GOD
never says
GOOD~BYE~
"I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
HE will not let your foot slip—HE who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, HE who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
The LORD watches over you— the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
