No more worry
No more fear
No more doubt

I still
worry
fear
&
doubt.
I still
carry
shame
guilt
&
despair.
No matter how hard I try
No matter how hard I believe
No matter how hard
"I"
try to do & be
anything on my own~
"I" will
fail
over & over & over
again
because
"I"
am the problem.
To get to the end of
yourself
is
such an amazing place
because
"I"
see me in such a different light~
an
"I"
who needs a
SOMEONE
to
do the impossible
To be~
THE PEACE in the midst of anxiety.
THE HOPE in the midst of despair.
THE FAITH in the midst of fear.
THE FORGIVENESS in the midst of shame & guilt.
THE TRUST in the midst of doubt.
To get to the end of
Self
is the best place
even if it doesn't feel like it~
"HE must increase, but I must decrease" (John 3:30)
because
JESUS
isn't a feeling.
JESUS
is
too good to be
TRUE
&
that is why
every
"I"
needs
HIM.
Oh how
FREEING
it is to admit
that "I" can't but HE can.
Oh it is
too good to be true
because
HE is too GOOD not to be TRUE.
"So if the SON sets you FREE
you will be FREE indeed" (John 8:36)
