FREEDOM
granted~
FREE to be
&
FREE to do
Whatever we like & Whenever we like
because JESUS set us free.
Hmm...
To do
Whatever I want to
whenever I want to do it
because JESUS set me FREE?
But didn't HE come to set me
FREE
from
the "whatevers"
that I was doing freely
that always lead me into bondage instead?
Hmm...
I don't like that kind of
FREEDOM
because that kind of
FREEDOM
was not
FREEDOM
at all.
When have you done
whatever you wanted to do
whenever you wanted to do it,
but ended up in a not so good place?
TRUSTING IN~
what "we"~
me, myself & I~
want
When "we" want it
Whenever "we" want it
is not
Living in
FREEDOM
because doesn't
"A man reaps what he sows" (Proverbs 14:12)
&
"wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction,
& MANY enter through it" (Matthew 7:13)
"Many"~
I am one of the "many"
&
being "many" never ended up well.
But
"small is the gate & narrow the road that leads to life, & only a few find it" (Matthew 7:14)
From Many to FEW~
The FEW who
experience true
FREEDOM~
that is only found in
JESUS~
"If the Son has set your free
you will be free indeed" (John 8:36)
Therefore
let's be the
FEW
&
exchange our
TRUSTING IN
me, myself & I
for
TRUSTING IN
"the LORD with all your heart
&
lean not on your own understanding;
&
in all your ways submit to HIM..."
then
Whatever we want to do & Whenever we want to do it
will be
according to what
HE
wants us to do
&
then the road that we travel on
will be the narrow one,
paved with true
FREEDOM
because
"HE will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6)
