you let him

it takes time

you wait patiently
Until
he finally did it all by himself.
It may not be the right way,
but you let him because he said,
"I CAN DO IT ALL BY MYSELF"
The adult shouts,
"I CAN DO IT ALL BY MYSELF"
&
HE
lets
You & I~
even though it takes time~
yet
HE
waits patiently
&
waits
&
waits
UNTIL
the adult
looks up and says,
"I CAN'T DO IT ALL BY MYSELF"
because
things just aren't working out the way you thought they would,
but you had to do it your way.
Isn't that what FREEDOM is~
To do what you want to do
your way~
even if
HE
lets you do it?

Eve ate the apple
FREE WILL~
David slept with Bathsheba
FREE WILL~
Jonah ran the other way
FREE WILL~
Got some people in trouble.
FREE WILL~
Gets me in trouble
when
"I CAN DO IT ALL BY MYSELF"~
is my mantra.
FREE WILL~
"I CAN'T DO IT ALL BY MYSELF"
because
there is a better
WAY~
