It happens so suddenly,
that you aren't even aware
You begin to do something
& then
you are doing something else

and then
something else
because
you get
DISTRACTED.
I wonder
What if GOD got distracted?
What if HE didn't fully listen to your prayer because
HE got distracted listening to another's prayer?
What if GOD got distracted from healing you
because HE was healing someone else?
What if GOD didn't fully love you because
HE got distracted loving someone else?
Don't you feel like that sometimes?
But maybe, just maybe
it is you & I
that
needs to get
DISTRACTED with GOD.
Can you imagine your day
when
you are in the midst of worrying
& then you get
DISTRACTED with TRUSTING GOD?
You are full of fear
&
you get
DISTRACTED with JESUS WORDS~
"Take courage. It is I. Do not be afraid" (Matthew 14:27)
Your circumstances are causing more pain than joy
&
then you get
DISTRACTED with JESUS~
"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory
that far outweighs them all.
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen,
since what is seen is temporary,
but what is unseen is eternal" (2 Corinthians 4:17-18)
Does GOD get DISTRACTED?
Oh yes, all the time
