God's Best No

I can’t have everything my way~

so I give

GOD

my requests.

HE answers~

but not in the way that I want HIM to

For YOU know the plans you have for me.

Nothing goes unnoticed inYOUR eyes.

I prayed for YOUR will to be done,

but I don’t like it.

I only like it when it is in my favor.

But maybe YOUR NO is in my favor.

Maybe YOUR NO is a YES in my life that I don’t see yet.

Is it discouragement that points me to the cross~

bringing me closer to becoming more like YOU and less like me?

Is it worth it if I have to let go in order to let in more of YOU?

Oh YES, but in the NO it isn’t fun.

It doesn’t’ feel good.

But it makes me cling to YOU so much more~

because YOUR will will be done in YOUR way and YOUR time.

So in the midst of YOUR MAYBE and NO there really is a YES~

because

I am & you are

Highly Favored

IN HIM~

& GOD

takes care of those who

HE

calls favored

as

HE knows us way better than we know ourselves.

So for now

LORD~

thank YOU for YOUR will &

thanks for walking with me through it~

because I know how

dynamic it is going to be when I get to the other side.
