LOVE~
the word that comes with so much more
when it is said & when it is heard.
LOVE~
the word that comes with so much less
when it is desired so much
that if it isn't said or heard
you feel less than
when you are in the midst of wanting so much more
& so you wonder~
Does anyone hear me?
Does anyone see me?
Does anyone....LOVE me?
Then you hear it
like you have never heard it before
because something happens like it has never happened before
because it is said with
a pure heart
& not loose words~
I LOVE YOU
because
I knitted you together in your mother's womb (Psalm 139)
I LOVE YOU
because
"GOD so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that HE [even] gave HIS [One and] only begotten SON, so that whoever believes and trusts in HIM [as Savior] shall not perish,
but have eternal life" (John 3:16)
I LOVE YOU
"GOD did not send the SON into the world to judge and condemn the world [that is, to initiate the final judgment of the world], but that the world might be saved through HIM" (John 3:17) But is that enough in those moments
when you feel so less and crave so much more?

HE ASKS
is
for you & I to~

I LOVE YOU~
oh those words are always
more than enough
even when you feel less than enough
because
HE will never stop saying
I LOVE YOU
but will you & I never stop~
