GOD asks you~
"What do you want?"
You reply~
"I want __________".
And then you
WAIT & WAIT & WAIT & WAIT
until you again ask
GOD
"Why didn't you give me __________?"
GOD responds
"WAIT."
So you
WAIT & WAIT & WAIT & WAIT
until you again ask
GOD
"Why aren't you giving me _________?"
And
GOD responds
"Wait."
And then you
WAIT & WAIT & WAIT & WAIT.
But now you get tired of waiting,
so you look up & with weary breath
you ask GOD as if it will be your last time~
"Why GOD Why?"
And then you hear it in a whisper
"I LOVE YOU!"
The tears begin to flow because that is what you really have been waiting for,
even though you didn't know it because
LOVE
is the answer to everything
&
THE ANSWER
was always there from the moment
GOD
began the conversation with you because
HE IS THE ANSWER
& all He wants to do is shower us with
HIS LOVE.
So maybe we have this all wrong~
as it isn't about what I want or what you want & when we will get it.
What if we were to be so still with the
ONE
who wants to be so still with us so that we experience
LOVE
in the way that it was created to be
because
HIS LOVE
is a life changing LOVE that covers all~
& all
GOD desires is for us
to
BELIEVE & RECEIVE HIS LOVE
like no other~
& then all our wants & desires are answered
so that we forget what we asked GOD for in the first place.
LOVE IS ALWAYS IN THE WAIT~
"We have come to know [by personal observation and experience],
& have believed [with deep, consistent faith] THE LOVE which GOD has for us.
GOD IS LOVE , and the one who abides IN LOVE abides in GOD, & GOD
abides continually in him" (I John 4:16)
