THANK YOU GOD
are the words that flow from my heart,
as what else do you say to the
ONE
who knitted you together in your mother’s womb on purpose.
I guess that
HE
wanted me here & wanted you here or
HE
would have never learned how to knit!
I did nothing to be here and either did you.
WE DIDN'T WISH OUR EXISTENCE INTO BEING.
Think about it.
Pretty overwhelming when you really think about it.
Born on purpose because the
ONE
who created the sun, moon, oceans and stars
created you & I.
WE DIDN'T WISH OUR EXISTENCE INTO BEING.
Our BIRTH~DAY
chosen by the ONE who has chosen us to be born.
Created on purpose.
To really receive this & live it is hard for me,
as I am the queen of picking myself apart.
And if you want to know what is wrong with me I can tell you,
and I am sure if you know me well enough you know my flaws and blemishes.
And I bet you also are pretty good doing the same to yourself.
But then
GOD
pulls you aside and says,
"Stop it. Stop saying bad things about MY creation."
because
"we are GOD'S MASTERPIECE " Ephesians 2:10
That reflection you see in the mirror~
HIS Masterpiece!
Hmm....even though it is hard for these eyes to see,
but that is
Who GOD says we are~
HIS CREATION
created
ON PURPOSE.
Maybe my
RESOLUTION
is to
RECEIVE & BELIEVE
that I am
HIS MASTERPIECE
&
TO LIVE
as one
even in those moments when
I don't feel like one & you don't feel like one
just because
WE DIDN'T WISH OUR EXISTENCE INTO BEING.
It is quite humbling when we remove self from this
and stop
BELIEVING & RECEIVING & LIVING
out all those condemning words we tell our "self"
and instead
RECEIVE & BELIEVE & LIVE OUT
Who HE says we are
because
HE is the ONE
who knitted us together in our mother's womb
and no one knits by accident.
So
THANK YOU GOD
for creating me 21184 days ago
(I will spare you the time to get out your calculators~58 years!)
because YOU wanted to
and oh how humbling it is~
because
WE DIDN'T WISH OUR EXISTENCE INTO BEING.

HAPPY BIRTH~ DAY

LIVE as HIS MASTERPIECE

SO MUCH MORE THAN A RESOLUTION~
