We started this Journey 16 days ago
on that magic day~
New Years
when the clock turned & so do we
because
HOPE
becomes a possibility
that will
HOPEFULLY
turn into
Reality
with each and every
RESOLUTION~
I will change this one thing,
because when I do then I will
be better & feel better & everything will be better.
Another
RESOLUTION
to focus on that enables us to
Press Forward
when we would much rather
hide under a rock or run in the other direction.
Yet
HOPE
always finds us,
whether we are following those
RESOLUTIONS or not.
or not.
Because
HOPE
is Reality
here &now
even though
we can't see it or smell it .
We hang onto it as what is life without
HOPE?
What gets you up in the morning besides
your job, your kids or your appointments and to do lists?
What if it was
HOPE~
a craving & a desire
for that something more that we are looking for
yet really exists.
A peace fills my heart as I think about this
and remember the words~
TRUST GOD & WAIT PATIENTLY & WATCH EXPECTANTLY
that I have on every one of my outgoing emails, but I forget to read & follow,
yet bring
HOPE
into the here & now
into every moment
no matter what that moment is~
No matter if you have nothing or something that wakes you up in the morning.
Because no matter what
HOPE
is always present~
"What a GOD we have! And how fortunate we are to have HIM,
this FATHER of our Master JESUS! Because JESUS was raised from the dead, we’ve been given a brand-new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven—
and the future starts now! GOD is keeping careful watch over us and the future.
The Day is coming when you’ll have it all—life healed and whole.
I know how great this makes you feel, even though you have to put up with every kind of aggravation in the meantime. Pure gold put in the fire comes out of it proved pure; genuine faith put through this suffering comes out proved genuine.
When JESUS wraps this all up, it’s your faith, not your gold, that
GOD will have on display as evidence of HIS victory." I Peter 1:3-5
HOPE
is here & now
because
HE IS in the here & now~
JESUS IS the MORE that we all have been
HOPING for~
