DEAR GOD~
Why would you send a BABY and not a KING~
dressed in purple robe, standing 8 feet tall and shining like a light~
so then everyone would know for sure
that
JESUS IS THE MESSIAH~
the One who came to not only change the world,
but to change every heart
so that we become reconnected back to YOU.
But instead
YOU did what YOU do best.
YOUR will will be done
YOUR way
because
YOU always know best~
“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:8-9
Why would YOU send a BABY and not a KING?
YOU did what YOU do best~
YOUR will will be done.
YOUR way
because
YOU always know best~
and
we don't have to understand it
in order to
BELIEVE
YOU do what YOU say YOU will do
as the prophet Isaiah tells us~
"The Lord Himself will give you a sign:
The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son,
and HE will call HIM Immanuel." Isaiah 7:14
And then the
Angel tells Joseph ~
“Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife,
because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.
She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus,
because he will save his people from their sins.”
From the Old Testament to the New~
All this took place to fulfill
what the Lord had said through the prophet:
“The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him
Immanuel” (which means “God with us”). Matthew 1:20-23
How much more do I need to know before
I BELIEVE YOU GOD,
when
I can't see, hear or feel YOU
in the midst of what I see, hear & feel now?
But YOU answer me again~
“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine." Isaiah 55:8
For YOU do what
YOU say YOU will do
and all YOU ask is for us
TO BELIEVE
even in the midst of the
the unknowns &
the sorrow &
the trials~
beyond what
our eyes see &
our ears hear &
our hearts feel
because
"Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you;
He is the Messiah, the Lord." Luke 2:11
Thank you LORD that

all we have to do is
BELIEVE
as
YOU will do what YOU do best.
YOUR will will be done.
YOUR way
because
YOU always know best.
