Today is a day
I celebrate the
Birth of a man
who is no longer with us.
Tears overwhelm my heart
as I think of his smile
and as I think of his family
who miss him so,
even though
he is
dancing with our LORD.
He left this earth
in January
in a tragic way.
So how do you say
THANK YOU GOD
when instead you want to say
WHY GOD?
As we all have loved ones
who are also with
THE LORD
in their eternal home~
where one day we will all be~
"And this is the way to have eternal life—
to know you, the only true
GOD, & JESUS CHRIST
the one you sent to earth." John 17:3
We know it.
We believe it.
But it is so hard to grasp
in the midst of great sorrow
because the love is so great.
But we say
THANK YOU GOD~
"For this world is not our permanent home;
we are looking forward to a home yet to come." Hebrews 13: 14
But we say
THANK YOU GOD~
"We’re citizens of high heaven!
We’re waiting the arrival of the
SAVIOR the Master, JESUS CHRIST,
who will transform our earthy bodies into glorious bodies like HIS own.
HE'LL make us beautiful and whole with the same powerful skill by which
HE is putting everything as it should be, under and around him." Philippians 3:20-21
But we say
THANK YOU GOD~
"HE will wipe every tear from their eyes.
There will be no more death' or mourning or crying or pain,
for the old order of things has passed away." Revelations 21:4
So
HAPPY BIRTHDAY

We remember you
as you are forever in our hearts
and we miss you
but we look up and say
THANK YOU GOD
because
You are with HIM!
May GOD envelope you with
HIS Peace and HIS Presence
as you think of a loved one
who is no longer living in our
TEMPORARY HOME (Listen below)
