Marlowe Elizabeth!
I met her for the first time.
A moment that will be engraved on my heart forever.
With this first look
a flood of emotions followed
as I looked at my husband
who also had the same flood of emotions.
How could this be?
One moment we were looking into the eyes of our first born
for the very first time
and now
we are looking into the eyes of her 2nd born.
Quickly we are brought back to the moment
and embrace it with
great joy
as a gift
from our Father
who creates
the
Extraordinary
out of the
Ordinary.
From ten little toes to ten little fingers.
If only we could stop the clock
at these moments
when there is nothing but pure joy.
But what if
Joy
is always there
whether we
feel it or see it in every moment.
Just what if?
