Characterization~

"the creation or construction of a fictional character." (Google)

Beginning with

His Appearance~

"He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to Him, nothing in

His appearance that we should desire Him." Isaiah 53:2

A Man of Humility~

"He gave up His divine privileges;

He took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being." Philippians 2:7

A Non-Judgmental Man~

"As He was speaking, the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees brought

a woman who had been caught in the act of adultery.

They put her in front of the crowd.

“Teacher,” they said to Jesus, “this woman was caught in the act of adultery.

The law of Moses says to stone her.

What do you say?”...

They kept demanding an answer, so He stood up again and said,

“All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!”

Then He stooped down again and wrote in the dust.

When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman.

Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman,

“Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?”

“No, Lord,” she said.

And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.” John 8

A Non-Judgmental Man~

" When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw Him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples:

“Why does He eat with tax collectors and sinners?”

On hearing this, Jesus said to them,

“It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.

I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” Mark 2

A Non-Judgmental Man~

And Jesus cried out and said,

“Whoever believes in me, believes not in me but in Him who sent me.

And whoever sees Me sees Him who sent me. 4

I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in Me may not remain in darkness.

If anyone hears My words and does not keep them, I do not judge Him;

for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.

The one who rejects me and does not receive My words has a judge;

the word that I have spoken will judge Him on the last day.

For I have not spoken on My own authority, but the Father who sent Me has Himself given Me a commandment—what to say and what to speak.

And I know that his commandment is eternal life.

What I say, therefore, I say as the Father has told Me.” John 12:44-50
