Day 29: Un~Worried

What if what you Worried about never came true~

would you Worry about it?

Hmm..

Read it again~

What if what you Worried about never came true~

would you Worry about it?

Because

isn't that what we do~

Worry

about something

&

Worry

about it

&

Worry...

&

then

everything becomes all about

the

Worry.

Hmm..

Worry

is like a rocking chair~

going back and forth.

It is an action,

yet it has no power to move the chair

beyond it's spot.

Worry

brings you into the future

while you are in the present.

Worry

is a way to control a situation that is out of your control,

because it gives you a false sense of control.

Worry

is Anxiety's cousin~

"Historians will probably call our era “the age of anxiety.”

Anxiety is the natural result when our hopes are centered in anything short of

God and His will for us."

—Billy Graham

What are you worried about?

"Can worry make you live longer?" Matthew 6:27

What if you & I

Fasted

all day

from

Worry~

Every time

Worry

creeps into your mind

Pray!

Sounds simple,

because it is.

Prayer

attaches you back to God.

Prayer

releases worries power to

steal the joy from the moment.

Prayer

opens your heart

to all that God desires to pour into you~

His Goodness

His Faithfulness

His Peace

His Joy

His Love.

Worry

steals,

Peace

heals.

Therefore,

let's lose another stubborn pound

today

and~

"Don’t worry about anything;

instead, pray about everything.

Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done.

Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand.

His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus."
