Day 11: Temporarily Temporary

I hate death~

but so does God.

I hate sorrow~

but so does God.

I hate cancer~

but so does God.

Whatever I hate

God hates worse

but

God did something about it

to change it~

Forever!

To put to death

Death

To put to death

Sorrow.

To put to Death

Cancer

by

Putting to Death

His Son

so that

we never have to taste death~

O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?

For sin is the sting that results in death, and the law gives sin its power.

But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death

through our Lord Jesus Christ. I Corinthians 15:55-57

God hates what we hate

so He did something about it

by having

His Son

do something about it~

Therefore we do not lose heart.

Though outwardly we are wasting away,

yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us

an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. II Corinthians 4: 16-17

God hates what we hate

because

His Love so Great~

He will wipe every tear from their eyes.
There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain,
for the old order of things has passed away. Revelation 21:4

Therefore,

let's put to death

what we hate

by

Fasting

from

What we See

What we Feel

What we Do

that is so

Temporary

on this earth

by

Fixing our eyes not on what is seen,

but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary,

but what is unseen is eternal. II Corinthians 4:18

So

every time you want to look down

look up

because

He is looking at you

all the time~

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,

I will fear no evil, for you are with me;

your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4
