I can't believe I said that~

I can't believe I thought that~
To myself
I can't believe that.
those inner parts of
My Self
are a part of me.
Ugh!
Do you know what I talking about?
I get so annoyed
when the "old self" inside shows up.
The parts of me that are not in sync with
Who I am in Christ.
And when I focus on those
Shame fills my heart
until
Grace comes knocking at my door~
His grace that sees the real me
the me that is covered with Christ
which enables me to
put to death those
"not so me anymore" parts
as I
release them to God...
All because
Love Says No
To everything and to anything
that pollutes my mind
because that is not
who I am in
Christ~
the one Who covers you & I with
Love.
Love Says No~
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit,
and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh.
They are in conflict with each other, Galatians 5:16-17
Love Says No~
to not identify to the ugly pasts of self
that just show up
when you least expect it.
What parts of your inner self do you have to say no to~
the inner stirrings inside that don't line up with
who
God
says you are in Christ:.
Love Says No~
because
Christ in you
is one big
Yes~
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:
The old has gone, the new is here!
