Revelation #15: He Knows

You can run

and

you can try to hide,

but you can't

get away from

Him.

No matter what you are feeling

No matter what you are going through

you can't run

and hide from

Him,

even if you are trying to.

It is like running away from your heart,

because

wherever you go

your heart is there too.

Yet

we still run,

but

then weariness sets in

when you get to your destination

as it ends up being an imposter

that

can't deliver on what you believed it promised you.

But

as you are running

there has always been

Someone

waiting for you,

to meet you right where you are,

And

then

He

gets your attention.

You feel the gentle tap on your shoulder.

You want to look,

but you are afraid.

because

what if

He

turns away?

How can you

look at

Him

when you feel like you do

when you know He knows everything about you and I~

when I sit and when I rise;

He Knows~

perceives my thoughts from afar.

He Knows~

discerns my going out and my lying down;

He Knows~

is familiar with all my ways.

Even

Before a word is on my tongue

He Knows

it completely.

He Knows!

Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,

too lofty for me to attain.

Where can I go from your Spirit?

Where can I flee from your presence?

If I go up to the heavens,

You are there;

if I make my bed in the depths,

You are there.

If I rise on the wings of the dawn,

if I settle on the far side of the sea,

even there Your hand will guide me.

Your right hand will hold me fast..(Psalm 139)

He Knows!

You can run, but you can't hide~

ever.

No matter if you are on a ski slope

or on a tropical island

or in a hospital bed

or in an office

or watching TV

because

God

hems

you & I

in behind and before..

He Hems~

Surrounds

Envelopes

Encloses~

You & I

whether we believe it or not.

So

Wherever you are

Whatever you are going through

Whether you feel Him or not

Know

that

He Knows

and

that

He

is

everywhere you are

because

He

wants to be.
