JUST BREATHE
A break
From
Anxiety &Worry
&
trying to control things that I can't control.
I just want pure
JOY
PEACE
LOVE
&
HOPE
so I need a
RECESS
from what is weighing me down
and
I will find it as I
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it agin; Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near... Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things. Philippians 4:4-5, 8

in the good and

RECESS~
at the beach
is where you will find me
to focus on
the crashing waves and the soft sand
and I will
take a
RECESS
and
breathe in the beauty
found
in the sweet smile of this little boy
in his eyes that reveal his precious little heart.
What is your whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable?
Because whatever "IT" is
"IT" is a blessing
from the Lord
Who says
It is good
because
He is good
all the time
Whether we feel good or not
because there is always something good
that
He has given us
and sometimes
it is just
your next breath
So JUST BREATHE~

RECESS
from whatever is weighing you down
better yet
take a
RECESS all the time~
