The sun came up before I did this morning,
but I thought I was up.
Let me explain.
Did you ever dream something
yet thought it actually happened~
because
when you wake up
you are still
"feeling" what happened~
but only to discover it was
just a dream?
Whether it was
a good dream
or
a bad dream,
but it is a
dream that you can't forget
because it is
written on your heart.
Well this sounds silly
because
when I finally woke up
I was filled with
Peace
because of something that I read
something that I wrote
something that I posted
when actually it was
something that I never wrote
something that I never posted
because it was just a dream~
but so real
that I can still feel it
and
I want to recreate it
and
write what I never really did write
but I forgot it~
even though it was so real
because
I got the message.
I have the
peace that transcends all understanding
His
peace
and that is all that matters.
So maybe that was what the dream was all about...
But does it really matter how
His message is delivered
whether
in a book
in a dream
in a devotion
in an answer to prayer?
What matters is that
you matter
to Him
and
He always has something to say.
I wish I could re~read what I wrote and read in my dream
but
now I just have to stop looking back
to figure it out
to recreate it
and
Be still
And know that
He is (Psalm 46:10)
always
writing a message on
our hearts
and on our minds
because
it is quite simple~
He knows
what you need
when you need it
He supplies
what you need
when you need it
He is
what you need
when you need it
because
it is all about Him
and not about me
and not about you.
So the sun woke up
before I did this morning
but did it really,
because
I was awake
way before the sun
while I was sleeping
because I thought I was awake
because He was writing a message
on my heart
and it was so real.
I may not remember
but I will always remember
that
He always has something to say
and that is
always exactly what I need to hear.
What message do you need to hear from God?
What message do you need for Him to write on your heart and mind?
Just
Listen
Just
Look up
and
Just
Let
the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace.
And be thankful. Colossians 3:15
and
Just
Live
out this day
and
Seek peace and pursue it Psalm 34:14
His Peace
the peace of God,
which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7
Because It is there
because
His Peace
isn't a dream,
it is a reality
because
the sun always comes out
before you do~
even while you are sleeping.
because
He is always there.
You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.
