I look up and ask
God..
What do you have for me today...

Nothing comes back
Nothing
No words of inspiration
Nothing
so
Does that mean He is not there?
Hmm...
Good question
When you can't feel Him
When you can't see Him doing something
so
Does that mean God isn't there?
Have you ever felt like this
Where are you God?
Maybe you are feeling that right now.
Such a vulnerable place
A place to question
Are you there God?
This morning as I listen to the rain
that is all I can hear
but
maybe that is all God wants me to hear...
To be
still
Hearing nothing
but actually
that is hearing something~
that
God is God.
In the stillness
In the quiet
He is
He isn't sleeping on the job
He hasn't forgotten about me
He is
the
stillNess
so
why add anything more to it?
To be comfortable in the
stillNess~
to not to try to seek
something
and instead
to just be
still
because
He is
He hasn't left
He is
in the stillness
in the quiet
I know that He is there,
even though it makes me very uncomfortable
being
still..
but
if
God
is
God
and
He
tells me
and
tells you
to be
still
then
still
I willl be
knowing that
He is.
Ask Him the questions
He hears every one of them
because
in the asking you are acknowldeging
that
God Is God
that you know that there is a
God
who is telling you to
just be
still
because
He is in control.
Ask Him
and
He replies
"I am glad you asked".
So
I
guess I got my answer~
the
Word
still.
Let's
Put on
still
today
so we
know
that
right now
is
enough
because
God is God
and
He
is
the
stillness.
