There sits the little boy
There sits the little girl
in the lunchroom
all by himself
all by herself
no one to talk to
no one to laugh with
even though there are hundreds of people in the room.
The little boy
The little girl
just wanting someone to
See or Hear
Invisible them.
Have you ever felt like that?
Left out.
Un~Heard.
Un~Seen.
Invisible.
Maybe in school.
Maybe at work.
Maybe in your home.
Does anyone notice me?
Do I really matter?
Oh those words
are so true to this heart of mine.
How about you?
You know it isn't true,
but oh how real it feels
when it is just you.
Does anyone see me? Does anyone really see you?
Oh yes~
because
He does...
Always.
Or
Am I
or
Are you
the someone who isn't
seeing
the one
who needs to be seen and heard?
Look to the left
Look to the right
there is someone
today
that needs to be
Seen
that needs to be
Heard.
We are the hands
We are the ears
of
Him
Who is our
hands
our ears.
No longer alone
...For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9
There sits the little boy
There sits the little girl
in the lunchroom
talking
and
laughing
because
you and I
reached out
because
He
reached out to us.
