Whatever I like
Whenever I like
because Jesus set me free
Hmm..
To do
Whatever I want to
whenever I want to do it
because Jesus set me free?
But didn't He come to set me free
from
the "whatevers"
that I was doing freely
that always lead me into bondage instead?
Hmmm.
I don't like that kind of freedom
because that kind of freedom
was not freedom at all.
When have you done
whatever you wanted to do
whenever you wanted to do it,
but ended up in a not so good place?

Whenever I want it
is not
Living in freedom
because
A man reaps what he sows. Proverbs 14:12
and
wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction,
and many enter through it. Matthew 7:13
"Many"~
I am one of the "many"
and being "many" never ended up well.
But
small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. Matthew 7:14
From Many to Few
The Few who
experience true freedom~
If the Son has set your free
you will be free indeed. John 8:36
So let's
be the
Few
and
Put Off
Trusting in "I"
and
Put On
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and
lean not on your own understanding;
and
in all your ways submit to Him,
then
Putting into Practice
Whatever we want to do
Whenever we want to do it
will be
according to what
He wants us to do
and
then the road that we travel on
will be the narrow one,
paved with freedom
because
He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6
